They were the only ones that answered their phones. Was below zero and we had a heating problem. They helped solve the problem over the phones. One plumbing shop advertised 24/7 service. I called all weekend with no answer. I highly recommend rapids plumbing and heating. Dan Koenig

I had contacted numerous other plumbers in our area to handle the repairs that I needed done. They either never called back or they did not show up when scheduled. Rapids Plumbing called back right away, came the following Monday and fixed everything that I needed fixed. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs and I will be using them again if needed.
