I was interested in a 2022 Subaru Outback from Muskegon Subaru. I spoke with a salesperson, who confirmed the car was available, and within 60 seconds of answering the phone asked me how much I could afford. I asked for a quote on both a lease and purchase option. He ignored my request, and twice more over the next few minutes aggressively asked how much I could afford. When I again asked for a quote, he sidestepped my request and said that he could tell from my caller ID that I was from out of town, said they couldn't count on me to be a return customer or a service customer, and just said that

Would be very weary of ordering a Subaru from this dealership. The salesperson I spoke with was named Steve. It was previously discussed that I would qualify for a supplier discount by working in the automotive industry. As well as coming from the Detroit area they said they were also giving me the discount because of that. No discussion of having to specifically be enrolled in the Subaru VIP program. I waited three months for this vehicle, communication back and forth all of the months, and two days prior they ask for the VIP coupon code. There was no discussion of having to be enrolled in this

We went in to look at new Subaru's. We spoke with the sales person Marshal. What a great experience. Marshal was very professional and knew the Subaru product line answering all of our questions. If you are looking I recommend trying My Subaru. I was pleasantly surprised compared to my visit 5 years ago.

Completely BUMMED out about the 2019 Subaru Outback I bought. Bill, the at the time, manager failed to understand and help me with the Subaru Lane Keep Assist option on the Outback. Told me "It's the way it is." Could have explained, it can be turned off..The Outback was a great car to drive, except for Subaru Lane Keep Assist option, always attempting to correct and shake the steering.. But that's all done. Traded it off. No more Subaru Lane Keep Assist annoyance. Sour taste every time I think of this. Please don't bother me about this.......

One of the best car buying experiences ever. Marshal (Sales) and Bill (Financing) were both friendly and professional. No pressure, no tricks, just an honest deal. Marshal answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable on the vehicles. Bill walked me through the paperwork and went over every detail to ensure everything was in order. I flew from out state to do business here and would absolutely it again.

Absolutely great place to buy a car. I'm a repeat customer. I actually drove from Kalamazoo because the dealership is so much better than the one that is 5 miles from my house. Andre was very helpful and answered all of my questions, got me a great deal on the car and the financing, and was awesome to work with. Bill was great with explanations on financing and warranties. No pressure from either one. Highly recommend doing business here.
