Had Johnny come and give our house a pest elimination treatment, he was very kind coming into our home. He let us know about the procedures for his visit and what we needed to do for after he left. It wasn't long before he arrived that he got right to work. very professional and overall a nice visit. look forward to work with him for the follow up!

Very great experience from setting up the appointment with Amanda, through Johnny coming out and performing the service. Johnny was punctual, and very professional while in my home. This is the first visit of a quarterly contract, but I am very pleased and feel confident in my decision already. I would recommend them highly to anyone seeking pest control.

The owner of this company is has great integrity and is dedicated to providing great customer service and reliable service. Excellent service with warm & friendly attitudes. For many years we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Bugman Pest Elimination. We stay because of their professionalism and quality work but even more so for both Amanda (sets our appointments) and Jimmy (our technician). Both pay attention to every detail, are honestly super pleasant and just plain nice to talk to, and always ask about our family and have caring demeanors.
