Spoke with a Shannon Garcia? Not sure what her role is but she’s terrible. Extremely rude from the jump! We were interested in hearing but options to build for a new community in Northlake. However, we spoke with several other preferred builders and they were much more professional. We will be going with one of them. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but, it felt like she was profiling. Gathering information to determine who was best suited for her time spent. Not the way to do business. We intend to pay 50% cash down, so your loss. Due to her lack of professionalism. She couldn’t
