We bought a house recently in Rocky Mount. The previous owners had obviously gone the cheap route with a store rented machine. The stairs were not even touched. We had Anthony come over the day we closed on the house to give us a quote. Anthony is very friendly, welcoming. And professional. We had the carpets cleaned and sanitized this morning and they look FANTASTIC! I feel much better moving into the house now!

I highly recommend this company! His price was fair and Anthony was great. He responded immediately when I inquired initially, got me on the schedule right away Anthony was kind and cleaned our carpets better than any service we have ever used!! I have no reason to use anyone other than him in the future.

I absolutely love my carpet now and it didn’t take long at all for Mr. Wilkins to finish, it didn’t take long for it to dry, and I know it’s worth every dollar. I would gladly refer him to anyone. I was overly excited to have my kids come home today and the carpet was so clean

I did not have a good experience with this company. I was sent a text stating that He would arrive between 4:15 and 4:30. I explained to Mr. Wilkins that I did not get off work until 4 and he said it wasn’t a problem. My daughter called me at work and said that he was sitting outside at 3:55. I pulled in my driveway at 4:10 and he was gone. When I called him, he said he was at my house at 4:15 and I said no you wasn’t because I pulled in at 4:10. He said maybe my clock is 5 minutes fast. He didn’t offer to come back or reschedule. Very unprofessional...I found another company that was more

Best carpet cleaning service in the area! We used a different company when we first moved in and it was horrible. He came in and cleaned the carpets in my house and stairs. The service made my off white carpets look brand new. Clean and looks great! Owner was very professional and courteous. Great job! Highly recommended!!

I was so impressed! I have a recently housebroken puppy, but she had done her damage. Every place I called could not guarantee getting the stains out. I called Wilkin's. They came over the next day to take a look. He took one look and said not a problem. Within hours, my carpets were like new again! I will definitely be referring friends and will be having them back when I need my carpets done again! Thank you so much!!!!!
