They showed up early to our appointment, they were extremely knowledgeable about their products and explained very thoroughly what they needed to replace and why. Very happy with our newly installed garage door and opener. We had contacted other companies but we went with Accurate because they came out right away to give a quote and were able to install within a few weeks. There was no hard sell tactics and they were helpful in finding a door and opener within our budget. The crew came right on time and everything was completed within a few hours. My garage door was not functioning properly and after a quick call it was resolved. The owner was gracious enough to guide me through the repair at no charge. He saved me $125. Accurate Garage serviced us and replaced our springs. The gentlemen pointed out other work that needed to be done, and spoke with me several times on the phone to suggest future repair and replacement and even gave me estimates and the terminology to use with other providers; even though nothing was in it for him. Very classy gentlemen; seemed very trustworthy!
