Wow. Please be aware of this company. We were recommended this moving service from family and had the worst experience imaginable.
They said they'd call at 11am, and they didn't. We had to call many times to get a response, and finally around 1pm they said they were 15 minutes out but stopping for drinks. We assumed they meant Gatorade or water but they reeked of alcohol and weed when they showed up over 2 hours later. My mom originally wanted 2 movers, but they told her if she does 3 movers, they can move her in 3 hours instead of 4. She agreed to that. My mom told them exactly what

We've hired Monster Moving for ALL of our apartment moves over the past years. They've always been consistent, on time, and work efficiently to get the move done.
Moving to the third floor of an apartment complex was nothing for this team. They have a system down to bring everything from boxes, couches, to the very large and heavy Purple bed we have.
The teams have always been accommodating to our needs. Three of our moves happened in the midst of COVID. Movers were respectful and wore masks. Movers also accommodated us by removing their shoes when moving a couch onto our clean livingroom

Used these guys twice now to move my daughter in and out of an apartment. 2 guys, one truck, awesome. Both times I was blown away at how quickly and carefully they moved our stuff. Second move we had Jared and Vinni, just great to work with. I am moving my daughter one more time and using MM with Jared and Vinni requested.

This was my first experience using a moving service and I've got to say, I'm now a believer. Monster Moving's prices are more than fair, practically a steal. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. I was given an estimate and the timeframe and soon after the call ended she emailed me all the information to confirm.
Day of, I got a call saying that my movers (Jeff and Tre) are running early and asked if it's okay if they start early. HECK YES! They were kind, professional, careful with my belongings, and worked FAST! The poor guys had to move me to a 3rd floor

Monster moving moved my family from HB to San Clemente in April. Things went so smoothly that I referred them to my parents to move them in Temecula. The guys were efficient with their time and very careful.
The owner of this company quoted us in a timely manner and was responsive. The quote was transparent and I didn't feel taken advantage of in anyway. They have the efficiency of a big company, and thoughtfulness of a small one.

We moved from Lake Forest to North San Diego last weekend. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and loaded up quickly. However, it went downhill from there.
First, the leadman was saying that tips are expected since they don't get paid very much. It seems to me that he should take that up with Monster Movers since we pay a handsome amount for their service.
Then, there was something wrong with their truck and they were held up at the county checkpoint for several hours while a mechanic come out and fix the issue.
Then it took them 2.75 hours to get to our new

These guys were great! We booked them at the last minute for a Saturday morning move and they were able to accommodate our request. Their pricing was fair and customer service was wonderful. The two guys showed up on time, were cheerful, friendly, and professional. They hustled the whole time and made the moving experience as pleasant as a move can be! Guys worked really hard, especially Sean, Todd, Jeremy, until they sweat were streaming down their faces. Josh wasn't so great but they replaced him with Jeremy in the afternoon which more than made up for it. Gary was experienced and managed the entire moving process. He stacked all my items very neatly and organized and maximized the entire cargo space very well. He also billed for reasonable hours. This was my first time hiring movers. They came as a reccomendation from a colleague at work ( used them twice). I moved from HB to Aliso. My A team for the day was Gary, Ruben and Todd. The office called to confirm my move a couple days before, night before and the Team called in the morning to confirm they were on the way. These guys worked hard and were gracious and patient. We moved half a house and then drove over to my storage unit and helped me sort through boxes. At the house they put it all back together.

I am a local realtor in the San Clemente area. I was looking for someone to move some furniture for me personally. Because of the reviews on Yelp I decided to try Monster Movers. Am I glad I did. From the first phone call, it was a great experience. The drivers Charley and Gary were amazing. They shrunk wrapped everything even though it was less than a mile move. I can't believe how awesome these guys are. I started off packing two days before my lease was up..and after pulling an all-nighter and having to go to work, I was kinda desperate. I called around until I found these guys, who initially didn't have any openings, but managed to squeeze me in. Thank god.
Cameron and Lil John were awesome. They were super efficient and completely met the goal of 3 hours to move everything out. They treated everything with extreme care and were very thorough and deliberate about everything.
