Before choosing Snow Country we had two roofers say they were coming to view and give estimates but they never showed up and two other roofers did show up but never submitted an estimate. Communication with Snow Country was great and they always did what they said they were going to do. They did the roof faster then I had anticipated and amazed my neighbors at their speed and efficiency. They crew that did the roof were very efficient and the clean up was great.

I received price quotes for my office building roof replacement from 4 different companies. Snow Country Roofing had the best price for a great quality shingle and the best time frame for completing the job. Jose and his crew, who took off my old roof down ro the plywood and Iinstalled the new one, were phenomenal! They worked 10 hours on Saturday and returned Sunday morning to finish.
Tanya, my point person at Snow Country Roofing was first rate with communication. Jose discovered late Sunday morning that an insufficient supply of shingles had been delivered. I emailed Tanya to let her know, asking how long it would be to get more. I expected that it could take quite a while.
On Monday morning, the shingles were delivered, Jose and his crew returned, and the roof was finished, and the project was

Called for a quote on my garage. It wasn’t the right size for them but they were great to deal with. Prompt response after I reached out. Came to look at the job exactly when they said they would. Let me know what that it was not a good fit but gave me some other options to follow up on. If I need to have a larger job done, I will definitely call them.

Overall experience was great, snow country kept in touch and let us know as materials were being delivered and dumpster dropped off. Job site crew was amazing and got the job done in under two days. They were meticulous with clean up and very efficient workers, worked till dusk on first day to get most of the shingles on then did final finish work and clean up on day 2. Thanks Snow Country!

Snow Country did an amazing job on replacing our extensive roof. The worksite team they have are meticulous about installation and clean up and very friendly. I walked the whole site after they left and only found a couple nails in the grass. They were here from 6:30 am to 9 pm each day and the whole project of stripping the old shingles, collecting and disposing of them, a few areas repaired, ice and water shield installed throughout and great Owens Corning shingles that are rated as staying in place up to 130 mph. I would recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately the men who actually did the work on our roof are lumped into this review because they did a fine job. Very kind and efficient. Dealing with Alan, however, was a nightmare that ended with him insulting us via email after we INQUIRED about the forms of payment they accept. Our simple inquiry prompted him to accuse us of plotting some kind of "African scam". He was nothing but demanding, bullish, and slimy from the beginning. He did not communicate with us when the dumpster would be dropped off or even when the work crew would begin working on the roof. (He is however, OVERLY
