Hancock Remodeling LLC was founded in 2003 by Ken Hancock to leverage his love of designing and building beautiful homes with his desire to help families create the home they had always dreamed of. In route to obtaining his degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Ken developed his construction skills by framing houses.
After graduating, he spent many years supervising and managing various industrial construction projects including oil refineries, power plants, and telecommunication facilities. He eventually came to realize that while he enjoyed supervising these enormous projects, he really wanted to work with homeowners to help them create new spaces that reflected their own tastes and personalities.
Drawing on his residential framing and management skills, he found that the remodeling market provided the perfect opportunity. As Hancock Remodeling LLC has evolved into a full service design/build residential general contractor, Ken has differentiated himself from most general contractors by being very hands-on and performing a large portion of the work himself.
