Martinez Architecture Studio is a five person team, headed by Architect Richard Martinez, which uses cutting-edge technology to design Commercial and Residential buildings which are inspiring and engaging while also environmentally responsive. Martinez Architecture Studio PC creates buildings which enrich the lives of the people who experience them.
Martinez Architecture Studio PC creates homes that celebrate the life within while respecting and reflecting the specific place, the views, and the environment that they inhabit. In 1992, Richard established Martinez Architecture Studio in Santa Fe, specializing in both residential and commercial architectural services.
He has designed over 260 residences and commercial buildings, including the renovation of the historic St. Francis Hotel, which garnered him the 2011 Best Building Award. Many of the homes that we have created are made of adobe which is uniquely suited to the Southwest climate and the history of New Mexico.
