Key snapped in half on 2011Toyota corolla. Chad let me know he would be here in 30 minutes and he was here in 30 minutes. He told me how much it would cost and it was about half of what the dealership wanted. He cut and programmed a new key and was able to fix the old one. HIghly recommend.

I recently lost my keyfob for my 2011 BMW. I couldn't get into my car but thankfully I work from home and I wasn't in an emergency. I was able to schedule an appointment for a locksmith who specializes in European vehicles. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, had all equipment on site, and quoted me a great price. The service took less than an hour and he was able to make me an extra key fob at my location. I am very satisfied with my service and the technician. 5 stars through and through.

I am a small business owner of a clothing and accessory boutique, who has been in desperate need of relocking and reprogramming my building locks. I do not know where to begin. I contacted the Fort Worth office and was asked what are my needs. My needs were explained and it seemed like I would be well taken care of. I was assigned a locksmith by the name of Michael who quickly began to become very aggressive in his tone and began to attack me over text. Michael set an appointment for Tuesday afternoon, did not show up, and then contacted me on Thursday and quickly became annoyed when I was not prepared for him to be doing the work TWO DAYS after he was supposed to be there. Michael was a HUGE LIFE SAVER today! Coming home from my newborn check up my key insert came out. I reach out to Extra Locksmith they had a tech to call me who was Michael he knew how important it was with my baby screaming in the background. I called Extra Locksmith this morning and they were able to come out just a few hours later when I would be back at my house. Chad came out today and did a fantastic job. He was professional and fairly quick. He had to re-key 11 locks but he got it done in just a couple of hours. I have been having my house remodeled and it was time to get my locks re-keyed after having so many tradesmen in and trusting them with my spare set. This review is definitely overdue. I was visiting my mom, and decided to have the locks on her home changed. Not being from the area, I randomly went with this company, and could not be happier with their service. My technician, Nancy, was wonderful. She was kind, and very professional. I also appreciated how quick and efficient the communication was throughout this process. I was contacted immediately and kept up on Nancy’s arrival, etc. This locksmith company is awesome!! They helped me out with my car key. I had lost it Saturday night and was calling around for prices, when I messaged them they responded quickly and gave me the best quote. The tech was there pretty quickly and made the new key and didn't charge me a cent over the quoted price. Thanks for all the help!! Excellent service! I highly recommend!!! We needed our new home re-keyed really late in the evening due to circumstances outside of our control. He was willing to come out even though it turned past 10pm. I am extremely grateful and felt so much safer with my family thanks to him. Very professional and very reasonable prices.
