I highly recommend this business. We had 2 homes and a boathouse that needed new roofs. During the estimate process it was reviled that there was hail damage on one of the roofs. Renew worked with our insurance company to move the process along. This organization was prompt and professional from start to finish. A great value for your money.

I called 3 different companies before calling Renew Roofing for my roof in Tomahawk. The first 3 never showed. Renew showed up when they said they were going to. Had an estimate on the spot and signed a contract right away. They had my roof completed within a week. Roof looks great, cleanup was great, everyone from their team was professional. I've already recommended them to my neighbors.

Our experience was very unsatisfactory for the following issues:
Renew Roofing took the ACV insurance check (per the contract)
back in November 2019 to complete storm damage repair per the insurance estimate. They cashed the check then app 6 months later informed us they were only doing part of the repairs and didn't return any money for work not performed so we could hire another contractor.
Poor communication.
Work the should have took no more then 2 weeks was dragged out over a year.
Porch rebuild was not the greatest and not repaired per the insurance est. Roof rafters was to be replaced

I was not able to respond directly to my initial review, so I am replying here. In response to the owner on my review...we signed a contract in June. the work was supposed to take place in a couple weeks, they did not arrive until August. The owner says they replaced all of our leaf guards, but there is not a single one on any of our gutters to date. I invite anyone to contact me and I will gladly give you our address so they can view ReNew Roofing's work on our home and see that I am telling the truth. The owner claims the leak in our roof is due to ice dams, but the leak started after a rain
