The parade has grown significantly since those early days and is now among the largest in the Chicago area. Wish I could leave 0 stars. I can't believe everyone that left reviews had 5 star experiences. I'm envious! I called to set an appointment for a tune-up. Was given an appointment for Friday, November 19th. Was called that day and told they had to reschedule which I can understand happens from time to time. The agent I spoke with offered me a reschedule for the following day Saturday the 20th between 11-2 and by 2 o'clock no one was here nor did I receive a call of any kind. I called the office and they closed at 1pm so could not even speak with anyone so just left a voice mail to cancel altogether

I’m not one to write many reviews but it would be an absolute disservice not too. O’Connor Garage Door absolutely knocked any expectations we had out of the park. The entire process was absolutely seamless. The service was professional and extremely quick. 9 months later, the garage door is working good as new still. They took care of everything from the door, to the rails and they even got my garage door opener to work properly. O' Connor Garage installed three new garage doors recently, and what a difference they make! I didn't realize that garage doors aren't supposed to shake the house and make tons of noise. The new motors are so smooth and quiet. Also, when I recently misplaced our garage door opener, Jim got one for me immediately. Service with a smile!

What I liked most about this business is how open and honest they were right from the initial phone call. They were the least expensive of 6 estimates I obtained and I wanted to make sure they knew our door issue before having them come out. The technician arrived promptly and fixed our door in no time. He reviewed some of the common mistakes and short-cuts homeowners try and explained why this is detrimental to the operation of the door and motor. He answered all my questions very well. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
