It was nice working with your staff over the last few months during the construction of our new Sebring Branch. In particular, I had the pleasure of working with Jackie and Ben Tillman, and immediately felt at ease with their style of getting things done. Ben kept us updated and involved with any issues that arose and he worked very hard to keep us on track.
Bring us your plans, or choose from plans that we have designed. In addition, we will be happy to work with you to modify any existing plan to meet your desires. We provide a standard scope of features which can be modified to meet your needs and budget. The same care and attention to quality that goes into our custom homes also goes into our homes built from completed drawings.
With over 28 years of commercial construction experience of all kinds, E. O. Koch Construction Co., continues its strong presence throughout Florida. We are accustomed to working with architects and engineers, adding value engineering, and dealing with budgets and time constraints. My house was destroyed by a flood & I could'nt live there. The 1st time I called I was told I would have an estimate the following day. 2 weeks and 9 more calls later with no response I finally gave up and went with another company. The receptionist was rude when I tried to explain the situation to her and ask for help. Don't even bother calling them
