I am wondering how it is possible for Elite Builders to still be in operation after what they've done almost 10 years ago, that is screwing me up on a very important due date, and not doing at all a job he was paid for afterwards. I went to BBB and California License who promised he would loose his license if he did not reply, but it seems this did not happen.

Absolutely stay away from this guy, he was on probation and failed to pay his bond and still contracted with us. Didn't finish the job yet asked for 20% promising he is ordering and doing the job after. Every week he was late, 8 week project got to 32 weeks and only 60% finished.
He is just one big excuse after another and at the end he says nothing was included and wants even more money. Only thing he shows up on time for is payments.
He is an absolute fraud and currently I am going to court to sue for $43,000 plus damages and more money to spend to finish. SAVE TIME & MONEY and find
