I was extremely pleased with Welner's quality of work and professionalism. He diagnosed the problem. Provided options for repair and recommended the best course of action. No need to look around any more. This company went above and beyond for me. The Tech that came to my investment property was very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. My tenants complained that the AC had stopped working. After looking around and getting different quotes I tried out two companies. Both of them tried to tell me I needed to completely replace the AC unit. Both companies gave me completely different reasons. This made me a bit uneasy so I decided to get a third opinion.
