We hired Sustainable 9 to do a full remodel and expansion of my home and they exceeded my expectations. It was a large and very complex project and their detailed approach was amazing. But most importantly, their stunning design and their flawless execution of the details were both incredible. Their staff are amazing people too and excellent at communication. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

We began working with these folks on a design/build, and initially it all sounded great. The rep we worked with seemed professional, and we went through the pre-approval process. Once that was completed, we were informed that they needed us to increase our budget significantly! That was the same reason the prior buyers for the lot we had chosen were sent away. Find another builder!

The team at S9 made our dream home a reality! Our home turned out better than we ever imagined. They love what they do and want it to turn out perfect. From the beginning, they collaborated with us on our vision and helped guide us through the design process. They had a high attention to detail and were truly looking out for our best interests. They were also great communicators and completed our project on time. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build their dream home or remodel!
