Unlike many architecture firms, we've structured ourselves so that every aspect and phase of the design and construction process involves an A359 principal. Each principal has special competencies that complement our team structure. We are rooted in the belief that collaboration, communication and creativity lead to meaningful placemaking.
In September of 2018, A359 finished a 3 year engagement with the University of Cincinnati for the adaptive reuse of a former Sears Department Store into a collaborative Innovation Center.
Located off campus along a future "technology corridor" and in an urban renewal zone, the University of Cincinnati saw the potential for this existing building to become a strong asset for the University and a catalyst to jump-start development along this corridor.

Morocco's Ministry of Interior held an open design competition in 2018 for the Marrakesh Cite des Arts. In an effort to strengthen the country's cultural and artistic identity, the goal of the Ministry was to commission a new physical environment to highlight the relevance of traditional art in the realities of contemporary life.
The Marketer is the headquarters of Empower, a creative multi-media agency in Cincinnati. It is also a story of an urban infill building in the heart of Cincinnati's historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. This state-of-the-art corporate workspace represents the final phase of a multi-year, $17.5-million development managed by Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC).
A359 Partners in Architecture was invited to participate in an international design competition for a new public service hall for the country of Georgia. Upon review of the design submissions, A359 was awarded the commission for architecture and interior design for the Poti branch on the western coast of Georgia near the Black Sea.

A359 Partners in Architecture stepped in to do a building renovation assessment and detailed estimates on the viability of the Stearns and Foster General Office structure for adaptive reuse as a coworking business hub. A359 started with a hands-on collaboration with us. A359 was able to leverage the adaptive reuse, adaptive renovation and coworking interior design work created for the 1819 Innovation Hub to provide a vision for Lockland Rising and Tenaciti Coworking. This team is on a mission to create meaningful places. They work with educational institutions, corporations, retail, residential and cultural clients to build enlightened places that are inspiring. Plus, they give back to the communities in which they live. We were very honored to partner with them to create the vision for our Lockland Rising co-working space as inspired by the work they did with the 1819 Innovation Hub at the University of Cincinnati.
