We had an area rug with a stain on it. The rug had been my wife's decesed mther's rug and she really wanted to preserve the rug. We took it to Chem-Dry in Hickory NC. The owner, Stan looked it over and said he would need a couple of days to evaluate it and determine if the stain could be removed. In a couple of days he called and said he didn"t think the stain could be removed, so we asked him if he could throw it away for us. He agreed. About a week later he called and said he decided to try to get the stain out and it came clean. He said he had to run it through the cleaning process five times

Green Team Chem-Dry did a fantastic shop and surprised me with Wasabi Roses when they arrived. The tag said they are a special gift when someone starts a job because hope is transmitted, balance and a good… start is desired.. WOW! Their representative Alberto was friendly and answered all my questions. we have a reclining sofo he moved and showed me where the mechanism was leaving oil stains to pur something underneath it. Alberto worked very hard and was able to get the stain out. Just overall great job!

I highly recommend using them! The service was top notch from top to bottom! They called in the morning to ask if it was okay to come during a certain time. When Tim showed up, he explained the full process to me in great detail. He started working on each of my mattresses and was quickly. He even went over them another time to ensure that he got each spot out. He was courteous, polite, and an overall awesome person. Will certainly be using them again in the near future.

We had Chem-Dry clean our hardwood and LVT floors after a contractor left behind copious amounts of fine dust. The technician did an amazing job- he was attentive, polite, explained the process thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. My floors look great, and he walked through afterward and showed me all the small places where there was dried paint flecks or chips that couldn't be fixed. He also got me the best deal for our money. I will use them again and again!

Had wood floors, living room furniture, and tile bathroom cleaned for $600. Great Value. The scheduler was kind and professional. The guy that showed up was clean, polite, and professional. I left for a few hours while he worked, and when I got back everything was dry, smelling good, and sparkling clean. Wonderful service.
