I wish that I could give it a lower rating than one star. Very poor home construction quality and there are all kinds of issues from day 1, like painting, flooring, roof, gaps in doors and windows, water leaks, etc. You will need to call the builder and the warranty company dozens of times to get any kind of attention from them. No concept of customer care or any professionalism on how they operate. Most of the issues are still not fixed even after one year of living there - so the one-year warranty that they provide is pretty useless. They make you beg for the simplest of repairs, even though they are supposed to be covered by warranty.
have been left with no choice but to hire my own technicians and get them repaired myself at my own cost. I will never buy again with this company and warn you to beware. ABSOLUTE WORST QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE!

SOUTHWIND.... DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP!!!STOP!!!! STOP!!! STOP!!!! STOP!!!! STOP!!!! STOP!!!!!
Buyers, please be aware. This is a very shady company that is only concerned with making a profit. I went under contract with HH in February of 2021, earnest money paid in full. I was initially told that the house would be completed in September 2021. I selected ALL upgrade options and paid money in full for all in April 2021. There were multiple delays!! Ground breaking did not occur until August/September. Then, I was told that the house would be ready for closing in November

As a first time home buyer, I’m eternally grateful for Carrie Williams’s patience, kindness and ability to make us feel like we were her one and only buyer. My first touch with Heatherland was a Christmas Eve exploratory call with Carrie, I’ll never forget how much of her time she gave us, walking us through the different options and floorplans in only a way Carrie can – she knows this industry and builder like the back of her hand and excellence in customer service is her ministry. Through the unprecedented times, Carrie stayed close, always providing detailed updates on timing etc. While

Terrible experience. Be cautious with this builder. They will terminate your contract to increase the price by thousands, current home owners are STILL waiting for things to be fixed in their homes after being in their home for MONTHS!!! AVOID Heatherland Homes. They are awful.

Pertaining to Enclave at Wiley Bridge in Woodstock:
This builder is extremely greedy and capitalizing on the hot market albeit unsuccessfully because barely anyone is buying the hyperinflated homes in Enclave at Wiley Bridge. I'm also very relieved that I did not go with this slum builder after seeing all these negative reviews!
You have houses that aren't even 2,200 square feet listed for $520,000!
I'm glad nobody is falling victim to this nonsense!

Any positive review for this company must be fake. I will speak for my own personal situation, but every single person I have spoken to in my community after 6 months of living here is completely frustrated with Heatherland Homes' work and lack of professionalism. My main issue is in relation to the exterior of the home in the pictures. The land was improperly graded and lack of drainage was clearly evident as water sat on my property for the first 3 months of living here. Greg Owens doesn't care about the end result of his product. He wants to get your money and exit the deal. He was completely

Buyer beware!!!
The sales agent never responds to emails or calls asking for information.
Less than 2 months in the house and water is coming in through the ceiling on the second floor.
Yard is a lake. Does not drain.
Workmanship issue galore. It's like they had no blueprint, just a picture of the house and they gave it their best shot.
Not a single wall in the house is square, making the house near impossible to upgrade.
We were lied to and told a bench in the mudroom was included. After we were under contract we were told it was an upgrade.
Our builder walked off the job and disappeared

We recently brought a home at Arnold Estates and our person we dealt with was Rashida and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had from beginning to end and was quick and prompt with her response. She made the process very easy and smooth to get through and handled any issues we had and we really appreciate her and the experience we went through. We’re so happy to be in our new home and would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new house.

I recommend buying your new home elsewhere. Our last new construction was less money and the builder was better.
From Heatherland Homes, we got a ton of stress and build quality way below what we saw in the model home. Some things they said they would fix during the first walk though. They didn't. Then they said during the final walk through they would fix these things. There's a lot left (but they have fixed some issues like installing some missing electrical outlets, fixing a gas leak, correcting the garage door that wouldn't open).
If you have to buy from Heatherland Homes, I suggest having
