Very grateful tonight that Joe answered my call of distress late in the evening. My injured safe had a broken key and I was unable to access documents needed as I complete my move and on boarding. My mother's front door hadn't been working for several weeks, and I finally took advantage of winter break to have it fixed. Found Joe through a Google search - I'm glad that I did.
When I called, he asked me to send him a picture of the door lock. He had to order it - it would take several days. He informed me when the part arrived, and we scheduled a visit accordingly.
He was incredibly professional and personable. He first tried to fix the lock, but when he was unable to, replaced it with the part he had already purchased. The entire process took less than 20 minutes.

The second time he came out to change my locks since the previous tenants left and I wasn't even in town. I knew I could trust him to do the job efficiently. Thanks again Joe!
