We are Lucas and Micah Markantone. We are the owners of Markantone Painting. Lucas has been involved in the painting industry since he was 12 years old. He served his apprenticeship under his father. He is a second generation painter. Micah also has been involved in the painting business from an early age carrying on the family legacy.

Our overall experience with Markantone Painting was exceptional!! The crew was on time and on site everyday, they were all extremely polite and professional. The delivered the highest quality work and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them in the future. We already engaged with them to complete some outside painting when the weather warms up. They renewed my faith in hiring contractors after many bad experiences in the past had us jaded. The owners of the company were also engaged in the project and committed to delivering excellence

Family owned and operated. Sensitive to the nuances of the property. Very respectful crew. Clearly, many years of experience and know how. I enjoyed watching their work, and engaging in their good natured banter. Micah and I had numerous in depth conversations at the end of the day. Lucas, now a greybeard, the owner, is a lovely man to make business with. The only downside was after the job was completed and peculiar issues surfaced. Communication was not as expedient, but if one is patient, they will be cared for.

My wife and I decided to get a new front door for our home. The one we had was a drab, brown metal door. When we began looking, we were dumbfounded to learn that we would need to pay approximately $6000. These quotes came from both the big box stores and smaller local companies. We were hoping to get something that would coordinate with our brick Tudor house. One reason we received these high quotes was because our door was not a standard size.

Contacted Lucas Markantone intially to remove wall paper and paint. We were thinking of selling our home and wanted to update the interior. Lucas took our home out of the 80's into the 21st century with the stroke of a brush! Love it so much, we no longer need our realtor. We are staying in our home. His crew is the best!
