Ordered a new key fob online. Called Alta he gave us a quote very reasonable. He went to my wife's workplace set it up there. When my wife got out of work at 5:00 the car wouldn't start. He drove while on his way to another job in the southern tier all the way to my wife and had it fixed in minutes. Great customer service will use them for all our lock needs.

I was looking for a locksmith on Google and somehow Alta contacted me, after several texts back and forth reassuring me that my key would be cut and programmed to start my vehicle, I had him come out and do it for $150. He cut my key, but told me he could not program it and I would have to do it myself. I tried several times to program it, but was unsuccessful. I called a Ford dealer and was told they or a locksmith would have to clear old keys before programming the new one. I contacted the Alta and was told Ford was wrong and I had to do it.I asked for a partial refund and was denied. Do not
