The experience was great with Anthony. Ordered almost everything from this place. The variety is great and for now the quality looks amazing. It's been 2 days since we got out stuff. Anthony followed up to see if things were good and we did have an issue with the recliner seat which he said would get fixed within a week. So far looks good.
I would increase the stars once the seats are fixed.

I spent over $2,000.00 for a dresser and nightstands, although the furniture is nice, they have very poor customer service. First I couldn't sleep in my room because of the formaltahide smell was so strong. I had window and fan on them 24/7 for 4 days, then one of the nightstands has drawers that don't stay put, they keep sliding out. Stayed home from 4 to 7 pm today because someone was supposed to show up to fix them. A BIG NO SHOW! At this point I will call tomorrow and have them picked up and my money refunded.

Very large + well-ventilated space (which is reassuring re: COVID) -- the warehouse is connected to the showrooms. Staff prefers to let you walk around without interrupting you with sales pitches, and they are nearby/ professional/ attentive/ helpful if you flag someone down. Ex. by the time we asked staff to show us some options, they had a good idea of what we were looking for based on the items we were spending time on + were able to quickly and efficiently point out all the related items w/ similar functionality on the floor, which was surprising & nice. You can tell good customer service is "after" the sale.. we had an issue with a switch on a couch and I thought I was out of luck (didn't even ask about the warranty) luckily a week after I called they got me a brand new switch worked perfectly. I'm so happy I found these guys, you won't find that kind of helpfulness after a sales been done at other furniture stores nowadays. So glad these guys are still around!

Phenomenal service & Great had a good price. From the moment we walked in the sales team was there to help us figure out the right couch for us. They definitely did.
We decided on the”49ers” Couch Which although it seems too big for an apartment it has been Perfect for us. I love the modular design and ability to move pieces around if necessary. That is also nice to have a couch that can double as a bad from time to time when guest come.
I definitely appreciate Jason and his professionalism. I can’t imagine life without our big comfy couch and I’m happy to have some thing during durable

After having a big disappointment with the horrible costumer service Ashley furniture provided to me and my wife. We’d decided to go shopping around other furniture stores in the Bay Area. After searching multiple stores we ended up here. Not only the service provided by Tony was amazing we were able to find the sectional we were looking for cheaper than Ashley and it was delivered in a timely manner and to top it off I received a military discount.
