In 1987, Stoehr Companies was started like so many other contractors, in a basement office using decade old office furniture, and sharing a single computer.
Stoehr Companies was conceived on the premise of offering top quality general contracting services at fair, competitive prices for all facets of commercial construction. The following guidelines represent the basis for which we approach every opportunity. We believe that every project and every task are undertaken with a sense of urgency.
In today's market, there are a number of contracting methods, each having their own advantages, depending on the type, size, and circumstances of a particular project. Although the vast majority of our work is completed under a standard bid / build scenario, we have the capabilities and experience to provide any number of contracting methods to meet our clients ever-changing needs.
We believe that pre-planning with the entire project team is essential to identify and analyze all feasible aspects of the project before any construction begins. We can provide stand alone services, or incorporate the pre-construction as part of our general contracting services. Not only do we plan, manage and build the projects, but we also do our best to manage the conditions under which the work is to be completed.
