I began my plumbing journey in 1997 working with some of the best licensed plumbers in the area. As I grew, I excelled in the industry and trained others. I decided to start the next chapter in my life by opening A 5 Star Plumbing Co., LLC in 2005. Thanks to the Acadiana area, A 5 Star Plumbing has become one of the top plumbing companies in the area.
I joined the A 5 Star Plumbing family in April of 2008. Having worked as a sales associate in the past, I've learned great customer service skills. These skills help me day to day with communicating to customer. A 5 Star Plumbing truly cares about their customers and understands the kind of day they are having when they call them to fix a problem.
I called A 5Star Plumbing because our emergency shutoff valve in the master bathroom needed to be replaced; we also had a few other problems with our kitchen sink (we have an older house) so we asked for an estimate to get those repaired as well. The estimate was lower than we expected, so we got everything done at once.

Robert and his team of professionals did a complete drain, sewer, & venting replacement system, installed a new hot water tank, and installed all new water lines through out the house up to the fixtures. Our home is almost 40 years old and we it had pvc pipes. OK back then, BUT after all those years of "fixes" it was time for an upgrade. He told us about the advantages of using PEX pipe. It had the longevity and possibilities we were looking for and we decided to upgrade to that! Part of their install is insulating all the pipes!! AWESOME..!

My daughter called them for a clogged lined because they were within a mile of her house. They set up a appointment for Wednesday and called back Thursday to change to Monday. So almost a week with a stopped up toilet. They were there one hour and charged $485 I'm assuming because she's a woman. Terrible service and price. I tried staying local and got burnt never agai.

Not having water for almost a week was terrible after the freeze. Almost every pipe under house had broke and needed to be changed. Called 5 star plumbing and they came and was honest and gave me a fair quote. They were knowledgeable and was very neat with their work. Robert, Mark, and Logan worked great together. They gave me an awesome warranty with the work they did which surprised me. Great company and I will not hesitate to call them if I ever need a plumber again. Thank you!

Oh how about SHOWING UP for a scheduled appointment or have the curtiacy to CALL and see if a reschedule is an option. As a possible NEW customer, I'm not impressed nor will be calling you again. ACE actually calls and shows up when they say they will. Tomorrow morning after my errands all morning, I will be calling ACE back to fix my problem. I should have scheduled with them last Thursday instead of you because at least my problem would be fixed and my main bathroom would be back in a working condition!!! SHAME ON YOU!!

5 Star Plumbing showed up on time just like they said they would. Its was a last minute call and two professional plumbers show up ready to work. They advised us on every thing that needed to be done and gave us a couple options. The work was completed very fast and it looks better than before.
