Would not use this company hired them for a new system paid upfront (my mistake) they came did half the job never came back refused to answer phone calls had to hire another company $3000 to finish the job I was sent a check for $ 1500 from north mountain heating and air find a reputable company to do your hvac so you do not get ripped off by shady business from this company

Shaun is what honesty and integrity are all about. I thought my A/C unit needed replaced. Another HVAC company came to my home and within 10 minutes "confirmed" this assumption for me, charged me $200 for the service/trip charge, then told me they had a “special” on a $4,000 unit that he just so happened to have sitting in his warehouse. I decided… I wanted to get a second opinion and A co-worker recommended north mountain heat and ac. Shaun came out and checked it all out and all I had was a bad pressure switch, and he changed it for less than the other company’s 200 dollar
