Category 5 Fence Company is fully licensed, insured, has an "A" plus rating with the BBB and belongs to the American Fence Association. Category 5 Fence Company was founded by two brothers, Edwin and James Toca. James, who since his youth has built many wooden structures, built his fence and deck pre-Katrina at his home in Lakeview.
