Don’t build your home with Holt Homes unless you enjoy poor customer service and no communication. If you enjoy watching your home sit untouched for months at a time while houses around yours go up to completion and not be communicated as to why there is continuous push out of your closing date, then this company is definitely for you. Even if there are delays due to whatever reasons, it’s the lack of communication or care that really does it in for me. I will not be recommending this builder to anyone

For my wife and I this was our very first new home buy. I thought it was going to be a nerve racking experience but totally was not. Jesus, Hayden and Joe were awesome to work with. Holt homes sub contractors did quality work. Our home was finished 5 days ahead of schedule and is totally awesome. Thank you Holt Homes.

We purchased our home in December 2019 and it was our first time working with Holt Homes. Construction began in August 2019 and we moved in earlier than expected. Jodie Sharp is our realtor and she did an amazing job helping us through the process.

As a first time home buyer I have always heard how stressful home buying can be. I am lucky to have found Holt Homes and Jordan (our home superintendent). Jordan has been very responsive and has come by several times to check in with us since we moved in. He was careful to make sure the correct build selections we in the home. At one point the house was a month behind and Jordan was able to get things back on schedule. I am so thankful for such an easy process (during such a difficult time) and I would recommend family and friends to look at buying a Holt Home.

Holt Homes has built us our dream home with dream service every step of the way! The team at Holt, especially Jordan the super Intendant and our main contact, was incredibly helpful, professional and accommodating. Being first time buyers we were nervous and had tons of questions along the way. Jordan helped address any issue or question no matter how small.
