I moved to Colorado in 1992 to attend the Colorado School of Mines and have loved it here ever since. Like the bumper sticker says - "not a native, but I got here as fast as I could!".

After Bryan accepted my job, he failed to follow through with my project. After picking the cabinetry, tile and other bathroom supplies (tubs, sinks, etc..) he never provided the invoice for the items I picked or ordered anything for me. The contractor he recommended was just as flaky and failed to provide an estimate after coming to my home. The contractor came to my home after weeks of ignoring calls/texts and missing two appointments to meet. I can only speculate that me and my 2.5 bathroom remodel project was dropped for a bigger pay day. Regardless, it was unprofessional to accept my project

We used Bryan and Sandy to order the remodel supplies and materials for our condo including new kitchen cabinets, new flooring, bathroom tile for bath and shower, new glass door for shower and new pendant lights for the kitchen. They both did a great job coordinating with our contractor. Also they kept us current on order status including placement, transport and arrivals of the materials.

As a local contractor, I have had the pleasure of working with Summit Design Center over the last couple of years. With over 15 projects completed working hand and hand, I cant say enough good things about them. The bathroom and kitchen renders they put together are excellent. I am thrilled with the results of our granite countertops Summit installed in our kitchen. We remodeled our Keystone condo and were really in a bind on timing and Lina and Sarah at Summit Design’s office really went above and beyond to help us meet our deadline. Communications were great and the results were beautiful.
