I have contracted Atlas for Basement foundation crack, the person did not fix it properly, I called them and ask for help to fix it and they are asking more money for this job. I did not ask for second opinion and that was my mistake. Atlas people are professional, may be knowledgeable but did not apply in my job, I called to customer service, and they are covering up for this mistake. I would not recommend at all to Atlas people, they are not accountable for their work, and they are not willing to help. Good luck if you still choose them for service.

Atlas just completed an install of drain tiles and sump pump in our home. From my first contact with Carol in the office to our meeting with Jim Mitros it was an extremely professional experience. When we met with Jim he detailed exactly what the process would be and what we needed to do to prepare for the project. Everything went according to plan and the crew they sent were timely, polite and extremely hard working! I definitely give Atlas 2 thumbs up!!

Amazing work. Fast and professional. Atlas has some quality employees that go above and beyond to make the customer is happy. I had the drain tile system installed and the quality of work was excellent. From prep work to installation and cleaning, the work was done quickly and with attention to detail. The employees took great care to be safe during the times of CoVid and I appreciated that. I would gladly hire them for future services and would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

We had a great experience with Jim Mitros and the entire Atlas team, who we hired in Spring of 2021 to install interior drain tile around the perimeter of our basement, shore up the foundation of our 100 year-old home, and install exterior drains in our front and back yards to redirect the flow of water away from the home. Their work was outstanding, every crew member was professional, on-time, and courteous, and their communication/responsiveness to all our inquiries was the best of all the vendors we hired for a massive home renovation. I contacted Atlas on a recommendation from a good friend and was put in touch with Jim. He was so friendly and responsive. He came to my home within 2 days of calling and ended up finding out we didn’t need the work we thought we did after all. He was completely honest and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. It’s not often you find a company that you can really trust and based on my experience I would trust Jim and Atlas 100%! If we end up needing anything in the future, I would absolutely call them.

I had Atlas repair/replace a failing wall in the basement of the house I just moved into. I had gotten quotes from several companies, and Atlas was willing to work within my budget. The crew was on time and communicative. Very professional and they were consistent with Covid protocols while working. The end product was great.
My only complaint was that the time frame that was initially given to us by the office did not meet up with what the workers were planning on. It was an honest miscommunication on their end, and it was resolved. Overall they did an excellent job!

We had our sump pump and battery backup replaced, along with increasing the size of the pipe and running the drain out further from the house. They were very neat, professional, and couldn't hardly tell where they had dug. Works beautifully and provided the peace of mind we wanted.

We used Atlas for a new interior drain tile, sump pumps, window well drains, and a waterproof liner. This job went great from the start. From the moment the estimator came to our house for the first time, I felt comfortable that this was the company to use for our job. I had received 3 other quotes, but I could tell there was a level of professionalism and knowledge the others didn’t have. Water in the basement is the worst! A friend suggested Atlas and I've never been HAPPIER! They were extremely professional. Everything was done faster than they said. They cleaned up any mess they made (and a little of my own mess). Everything came out better than I expected! Lots and lots of rain last night and I went to the basement and it's DRY! Just AWESOME
