The following services are provided each time our team members service your home. We know your home is one of your most valuable assets and we strive to take the utmost care in maintaining it. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services provided, please contact us right away and we will be happy to correct any problems.
We make every effort to keep your appointment on time and provide you value and excellence. Therefore, we request a two (2) day notice to schedule a regular cleaning service. Larger jobs (post-construction cleaning, spring-cleaning, clutter cleaning) where we need to provide two or more cleaning staff, requires a minimum of 4-5 days notice.
I use Ana's Cleaning Service both at home and for our office. The cleaning is excellent, I am comfortable with them in my home and at the business, and they are very reliable. Ana and her team are fabulous! She made a special trip out to walk through my home with me, go over services I required and was very attentive to detail.

Ana and her crew are very professional. Great communication and they do a terrific job. We used her for the first time and Ana arrived with her crew and started right away. It's always great to see a boss tagging with the crew especially for the first time. We will be using them again!

When I called Ana to inquire about getting someone who could come out and clean my home, the owner scheduled a consultation appointment with me to meet with me and figure out what tasks that I wanted them to do when they came to clean. Ana is very professional and made me comfortable that they would take care of the job, and take of my needs ( I work nights & they worked around that too). It isn't often that you can have a service provider perform the tasks you hired them for and have the job done well. I highly recommend Ana’s Cleaning because it is just what you need when you need it.

I had a great experience with Ana’s cleaning service. During our initial meeting, we walked through the house and she explained what would be included in the service, how long it would take and provided fair pricing. Her team arrived promptly the day of and left my house sparkling clean and smelling fresh. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

After a fairly long 'run' with another cleaning company with missed appointments, late arrivals and so-so cleaning results I gave up and started looking for a new cleaning outfit.

We appreciate that Ana’s cleaning service is reliable (no last minute cancellations).
They are polite and friendly. When they leave our home is clean and smells so fresh. I like that they use their own supplies. We really like that they clean our home in just under three hours. (We have a large home).

Ana and her team are fabulous! She made a special trip out to walk though my home with me, go over services I required and was very attentive to detail. Later that week her and the team came out and did a deep clean. My house has never looked more sparkling. It was such a treat to come home from work to a clean home. Anas Cleaning Service is now doing a weekly clean for us, and it is money well spent! We couldn't be happier with her work.
