I highly recommend Clay Conrad and Conrad Construction. We had him remodel 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, install kitchen counter, kitchen sink, kitchen backsplash, as well as install flooring and light fixtures. The remodel looks terrific. I had to coordinate the work with him from 9 hours away. He was very responsive and very helpful. I never felt concerned about the remodel with Clay in charge. Clay is a professional who provides high quality work. He did all of this during a pandemic and had to manage work around effects of a hurricane. Conrad Construction has performed minor maintenance on my beach rental through the years through the rental management company, but I did not deal with Clay personally until I needed his help on two larger projects. Clay surpassed my expectations both times. The first time was when I asked him to remove the dated ceramic floor tile and carpet in my vacation rental. The house is on pilings and had settled quite a bit causing a very wavy floor surface. I was not sure it could be fixed without major reconstruction.
