We were beyond impressed with the professionalism and quality of BOTS’s work! They even had an earlier opening and got our project done days before we expected. The team is clearly highly skilled at what they do and it’s very impressive to watch them work. They are fast, efficient and CLEAN up all debris (even in the road)! The team was prompt, prepared and we couldn’t be happier with their job well done. They will absolutely be our first call for all tree projects in the future and we’ll be referring them to everyone!

Les and his team are wonderful! I had some tree trimming done which took them no time at all and it really opened up the backyard. Looks amazing. This was a big event for my seven year old who is obsessed with anything having to do with chainsaws, climbing trees and tree cutting equipment. Les, knowing how excited my little boy was about them coming, made sure they arrived after school when my son would be here. Les took the time to show him some of their equipment and made my son’s day. He woke up the next morning continuing to talk about their visit and had already named his future tree service

These guys were fantastic. They were very professional, very clean, and very quick. I had a massive red oak that had died, the tree was in a spot where it could damage other structures on my property. Other services said it would be very hard, and gave me prices that were outrageous. B.O.T.S. came quoted me a great price, said it was just another day at work, and showed up a week later to take the tree down. With a tree that large I expected some damage, but I was very surprised to see little to no damage. They even moved some flowers, and replanted them when they were done. I will use them again

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
As another customer stated, this company was a no show for a 9am confirmed appointment this past Saturday to provide an estimate to remove several trees. No follow-up calls or any apologies. My time is just as valuable. They have not done a good job in earning my business.

I had a 40ft+ Sweet Gum Tree in my backyard cut down and stump removed... Les and his crew did an Amazing job and was so impressed with their professionalism! They left my backyard and street clean of debris which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them and plan to use their services in the future. 😊

Les and team did a fantastic job removing a ~50 ft oak tree from my backyard. This was no easy task as the tree was directly beside our aluminum fence and the area they had to work in was very small (homes are very close to each other in my community). Still, they completed the job in just a few hours and they left zero mess/debris behind. All this, plus their professionalism and a great price. Can’t beat it!

Les and his crew are TOP notch. We have had work completed by other removal/pruning services in the past but none compare to the level of professionalism and quality that Branch Out Tree Service provides. These guys are hard workers, and they get it done safely, quickly and in a quality manner. You will not be disappointed! Les and the crew did a great job. Fast, safe, and professional. Equipment and trucks were clean and well maintained. Left the yard in better condition than when they arrived. Cleaned up all the limbs, brush, raked up the twigs. Even took away two leaf piles that wasn't part of the job. Will use Branch Out again. Highly recommend.
