I called yesterday locked out of my home. Every time someone would answer they would hang up. I called over 6 times. It was NOT my cell because I called from my office and my NEW cell and everyone received my call but this "business". Absolutely poor customer service. Maybe it was 12noon and you were eating lunch, I don't know. I called another locksmith and he as here in 20 minutes. This was HORRIBLE customer service.

Barry got my 2012 GMC Terrain going in no time after Pop A Lock were here for well over 2 hours and they couldn't get the car going, Barry was very courteous and explained every step of the service and got it done in no time(under 20 minutes)!!!
