Character House Homes is the best custom home builder in San Antonio. If you are looking to build a house that is truly custom and one of a kind you need to check them out. They recently completed construction on our house in Boerne and we couldn't be happier. It was our first time building and Kevin was very understanding of that and guided us through the entire process. He was always quick to respond to our questions and requests which is a big plus and he was always able to provide us with suggestions to stay within budget. We had heard horror stories about builders before we started building

Recently had a home built in Fair Oaks Ranch by Character House Homes and from start to finish was the best home building experience I could have asked for. They were very professional, on time, always kept me up to date on everything that was going on and kept one of the cleanest jobs sites I have seen. We love our new home and the suggestions that Kevin made to my wife and I during the process were spot on. I have had friends build homes and have heard night mares at times about their builders so we were skeptical at the start but I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend
