In a slippery business of used office furniture, these guys are circulating the bowl and need to be flushed down where they belong. They tell you what you want to hear hoping you are less intelligent than them. They lack basic honesty and integrity. Their inventory is weak and quilty is poor. Time I will never get back dealing with these jokers. Do yourself a favor and move on.

Ordered an executive chair from Sean (sp?) on 6/28/16. Was supposed to get the chair in a week. Called re status on 7/8/16, and spoke w/Dirk, who said chair was "on back order," and he would call me on 7/11/16 re status. Called 7/13/16 spoke w/Dirk again. Still no word re status of chair. He said "yeah she (who is she) was supposed to call me Monday, but didn't." So what, you don't follow up with "she" to find out where the chair is??? You just leave the customer hanging??? Told him I wanted an answer in a hour, to which he responded "yes ma'am

I called looking for a quote for used office furniture...
Dirk answered and was very rude and unprofessional.
He laughed at me because I didn't know what I specifically wanted and was seeking advice. He then told me he was helping a customer and slammed the phone down. He came back and didn't seem to want to help me.
I ended up hanging up on him.

I recently had a great experience and would like to share. My really old computer chair finally gave up and I went shopping at VALUEMANDER, found one that looked OK, took it home and in a short while found that it didn't fit me. Fantastic place. I bought a used fireproof legal 4 drawer file cabinet from them and I have ordered equipment for the animal hospitals that I work for and have worked at before also. I highly recommend them for all office equipment. Dirk was a great person , very helpful, and answered all of my questions whether by phone or email. I am on disability recovering from surgery and his delivery people that delivered it were great, polite, and put it exactly in the spot I wanted it to go to inside my apartment. I highly recommend them and will use and recommend them in the future also. The file
