The man who came out on a friday afternoon in the middle of February for my furnace diagnostic was very kind and knowledgeable. The woman who I talked to the following Monday was rude and pushy. The man on friday told us one thing. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. When I felt confused and uncomfortable, i told her we were going to get a few more estimates. She started whipping out her credentials, saying she has worked there since 1993, and she told me not to call her back for the job. I kept my cool, but I am unbelievably shocked that a local established opened soo long

I was told not to call for their service because I was confused about the price they quoted me saying "we don't want your busniess if your going to Google search" i feel since its the middle of winter they figured they could charge whatever they wanted and I would pay it without doing any research of my own the technician was very friendly ...customer service on call was extremely rude I dont care how many years you've been doing it no need for the rudeness all over communication issues

He replied very quickly and got to my air conditioning thermostat issue. Fixed it for an extremely reasonable price and cooled us down in very hot weather.

Wonderful and fast service! They made a point to come quickly to fix our furnace after learning we have a 4 week old baby. I will always be grateful for that! We will be calling them again for future needs.
