Karen facilitated a bathroom remodel for me. I was unable to make all of the decisions to make the room more accessible for me. I selected the cabinetry and Karen and Janelle selected the paint colors, sinks, cabinet hardware, and granite. I was very pleased with their choices. Communication and attention to detail was good except for the section of drawers in my vanity. The unit came with three large drawers instead of four small ones like I asked. I was told nothing could be done because it was a custom order. Custom order or not, it wasn’t what I wanted and I’ve had no choice but to accept

It was a pleasure working with Janelle and Karen to design our dream kitchen. They were extremely responsive and helped us through every phase of the project. Having professional designers to bounce ideas off and guide us was invaluable for ensuring our vision came to reality while staying on budget. When remodeling our kitchen we first hired Karen as a consultant. We did not know what we did not know and she gave guidance and provided expertise, wisdom, and practical assistance. Desgins by Karen made getting new cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms a breeze, they were there every step from beginning to end! They made sure to keep you informed and even went to your place to make sure everything was going as it should. We forgot to order a piece of granite for behind our stove and she was right there getting it taken care of for us. We love the quality of our cabinets and are so thankful we choose Designs by Karen to get our job done in such a timely manner. Highly recommend 👍

Kitchen turned out beautifully with more cabinet and counter space
than I had originally. Cabinets are excellent quality, very well made. Karen and Janelle worked hard to determine what I wanted. I am very pleased with the way the kitchen turned out. They were also very helpful in helping me choose paint colors.

Extremely pleased with Designs by Karen for our master bath remodel. They provided multiple design options, helped in the selection of most if not all materials(which we hate doing!) and have excellent taste. Job required multiple contractors, who they also helped select, and they coordinated job timeline and kept things moving forward regardless of issues. Excellent job in selecting builder and tiler as well. Would strongly recommend them for this type of project and we will be working with this same team for our kitchen remodel in the future.
