Great experience all around. Arrived when they said they would, took all proper precautions and got to work immediately. Took down three trees that were damaged in Hurricane Ida in two hours. Dealt with all of the debris and cleaned up well.

This crew had me in the Palm of their hands, literally! I planted a palm from Home Depot 30 years ago and at 70’ plus she was tired and ready to be dropped! A sad day but man this crews’ work is amazing! Communications top rated, work phenomenal, and cleanup done perfectly!

I had an emergency situation where my tree fell into my neighbor's yard. She couldn't get out of here back door. I called Risk and explained my plight. They did everything to help me. The job was done efficiently and professionally. They were so nice and easy to do business with. My neighbor was happy and so was I. I highly recommend Risk Tree Service.

The October 2020 Zeta Hurricane brought down a huge pin oak that took out another tree and the power line, and then landed on our neighbor's house. A second tree landed on their garage (with their cars inside). A third tree landed in our pool. I've used Risk Tree Service for years and knew their pricing would be reasonable, so I just said come clean up these trees. They had a crew out here pronto--two bobcats, 8 guys, and they got it done without disturbing flowerbeds or making a mess of the yard. The tree in the pool was a little tricky but they got it out of there with no damage to the pool or

I got a big gumball tree in my backyard that needs to be remove due to termite damage. i got 4 quotes ranging from $3900 to $9600 to remove the tree. i have a written quote for the $3900 (bartlett tree service) so i called the company that quoted me the $9600 (louisiana tree service) and tell them that i am accepting the quote from bartlett since its more than haft the price of what they quoted me. not an hour later, bartlett emailed me and said that they have to back out because they can not safely cut the tree (written quote said that the price is guarantee for 30 days but i don't want to argue

I called another company as I had seen their trucks in my neighborhood. They informed me that they only do commercial and government contracts and they recommended I call Risk Tree Service. I called, they came out gave me a price to trim my tree. I told them to do it. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home by how nice it looked. They cleaned up after themselves really well too. All in all, very professional and reasonably priced for the job they did. I would definitely use them in the future.

Got off to a rocky start with communication because the crews were out of town working in Florida clearing trees after the hurricane but once they were back they got my jobs done quickly. 2 nuisances trees were taken down. Experienced and helpful staff. Took down trees in tricky places with no damage to my property. Will use them again.
