Jay and John were excellent! They came to help us out on a snowy Friday evening in single digit temps. Jay did a great job of explaining his work and helping with extra electrical issues. I recovered my stolen vehicle and needed a new key fob for my Volkswagen. I only had a broken fob that could start the car but nothing else. They not only created a new fob, but fixed my broken one at no extra cost. I was told by other locksmiths on Google that only the VW dealership, who charges double, could help me. I want to thank everyone working there for being so helpful and awesome.

The best! I had to make an appointment for a few days out because they were busy, but they showed up on time and were able to make me a couple of new keys after I misplaced the only one I had. (my bad!) Very smart, definitely know what they're doing! Even with modern key tech and security it was no problem. I hope I never NEED to call them again, but if I ever need another auto locksmith, they'll for sure be my first call!

Update: I was looking for a personal vehicle that is titled in my name. I’ve never been asked for proof of any ownership on any vehicle you’ve done for me. I’n fact, you’ve done 2 personal cars.You have absolutely no idea what licenses I have or don’t have. You may be listening to others because you e never said anything to me at all. If you do t want to do business with black people say so. I promise you’re not the only person that makes keys.

These guys bailed me out of a major league issue getting a new fob programmed for Mercedes. Unbelievably excellent customer service and ridiculously knowledgeable. I cannot rave enough about how excellent these folks are. If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would. Great customer service! They came to my house and created a spare key two of my vehicles. One was found to have a problem with the ignition that they would have to work on at their shop. I was pleasantly surprised when they fixed that that I ended up with two brand new keys and ignition. The convenience of coming to your home is awesome and their van was sent up for every key imaginable. Super pleased and one happy customer here!

I called Quick Keys in a panic this afternoon after realizing I had locked myself out of my car while it was running. They didn't pick up right away but called me right back and got a technician to my car (in a serious snow storm) in 35 minutes. Both the person I talked to on the phone and the technician were both very professional and nice. He unlocked my car in just a couple minutes and I was on my way!
