Although they were not the cheapest they were very close! They were able to start a week after the estimate when most companies were booked out for weeks or months. Our fence is beautiful and straight and plumb, we’re so happy! Thanks guys!

Great experience with Knox Fence. Jack was a great person to work with. He helped me come up with a custom layout that would allow me to keep my dogs corralled in a challenging setup. Jack was very responsive via email and over the phone. Overall 5 star experience. Would highly recommend their services.

In 2021 I purchased a home that was built in 2018. While mowing I noticed a section of fence leaning. The fence had a 'Knox Fence' sign, so I called them. Ben got me scheduled, came out, took a look at it, and fixed it at no cost under their warranty!
Ben said the post shouldn't have failed so quickly, and that his team would take care of it when doing work in the area. In about a week I got a text, and later that day a team showed up and replaced the post. All work was done professionally, and I'll be coming back for future fencing needs.

Knox Fence did an excellent job from start to finish with my black chain link fence! Jack made valuable suggestions, showed me options and quickly produced a winning fence plan and reasonable quote. Tim and Jason did a great job installing the fence. I have a small dog and they put in extra effort to make sure the fence is secure. The fence looks very nice too.

Everyone at Knox Fence was a pleasure to work with. They built the fence exactly how I envisioned in a very short amount of time and at a reasonable price. Luis and his team (Fabricio, Lalo, Junior, and Freddy) worked really hard to get the whole fence up in just a day and a half and the work is high quality. Ben and Jack were professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a fence and/or gate. Thanks y'all!

...Same estimate as another company but no fees for cards. OKed it and then all the weirdness began.
Multiple awkward and unnecessary calls from Ben, (the "owner") that I won't quote here to save him some dignity. The second on-site meeting he admitted he had measured wrong, but it'd be "good for me", less materials (spoiler: he still charged me the same as the original estimate.)
He contracted someone to remove the old fence.
Then contracted someone else to build the actual

We are recent transplants in the Knoxville area. When we purchased our new home it was only missing one thing that being a fence. I called Knox Fence to give me an estimate to remove my 20 year old fence that was rotting and leaning pretty bad. Ben came by and went over the details with me and said they could haul away my old fence and put in a new one that would be the same style but stronger than my current one. He explained the ways the new fence would prevent the sagging around the gates that my current fence has (aside from it being old and rotten). I first used Knox Fence - Jack Irwin (Owner) - to install chain link fences for security around our HVAC units outside our facility. Jack provided the most professional quote from the 3 vendors we sourced. He broke his invoice down to show individual line items for everything including the materials and the service costs for all three separate areas where we installed security fences. Jack provided the best pricing and completed the entire job within a few weeks. I was so happy with his work and friendly customer service, I decided to have him install aluminum fencing at the house for the dogs
