Southwest sold me MY OWN first car! And it was great coming from out of town Tony literally made it super easy! He got me situated over the phone communication was very easy no pressure just very great experience! Once we got it all situated and got my best deal , all i had to do was come in and sign paper work ! very quick and easy ! All the guys there where very nice and customer service was awesome ! I made one of the easiest truck purchases from these folks back in April, but it gets better… found a truck online and drove 5 1/2 hours to buy it. Very easy transaction and the truck was what they said it was when I arrived. Everything is still great with the truck! A few days ago a very pleasant lady called from the dealership and said they found and a key in their key box and it belonged to my truck! So my experience with South West didn’t start out the best, but that was only because of one person. But boy did they come back and make up for it. They made my experience there life-changing. Stevie, Charlie, and Jacob were amazing to work with. They made my car buying experience worth it. I can’t say that it wasn’t stressful but what I can say is they worked their tails off for me. I walked out of the dealership tonight with the car of my dreams. I went through four vehicles before I said yes. And they would not stop till I found MY car. I made an appointment over a week in advance for repairs. I brought my car in at the appointment time and was told it would take 7-10 days for them to even look at the car. I asked if I could bring it back when they were ready to see it and was told no.
The appointment was made so the car could be looked at and I asked about that. I was told that their service center is first come first serve. Why do you take appointments if you don't honor them? I could've just brought my car in over a week ago.
It is a realistic expectation on their part for someone to be without a car for 7-10 days BEFORE
