I was hoping for better communication from Josh. My understand when I spoke to the person at the office was that Josh would be giving us a call to schedule an appointment, unfortunately that appointment never came. I received a call from Josh, saying he was at my house. At no point was I made aware of this before hand. No appointment, so of course I wasn’t home. I called Josh back and he agreed to meet me in about 20 min. He never showed. I had to call him and text to get him to reply. We set a time for 08/26 9:45 - 10 appointment. He never showed. Josh has been wonderful to work with to get our cedar fence project started by always responding promptly to our texts and calls. He walked our property with us after the metal posts were installed to show us how the stair stepped fence would look then his brother Josh and crew did an excellent job installing the fence and cap that same day. I will highly recommend T-Town to anyone in need of a fence or gate! They are true professionals!

I had read such favorable reviews about T-Town that I requested a quote from them for our fence replacement job. They scheduled a time for Josh to come and quote our project but had to change it as they had double booked themselves. We rescheduled our appointment for two days later. My husband took time off work so he could be home to go over the details of the project with him, however Josh never showed up or called. I called their main number and left a voicemail, but they never called us back. I know contractors are busy, but to schedule an appointment and simply not show up or call to explain

These guys are awesome! They built one of the most beautiful fences I have ever seen for me. They answered the phone or got back to me very quickly. They finished the job in a quick amount of time without sacrificing the quality of work. And they cleaned the job site up when they left. Their pricing was competitive with all other 7 fence companies I called. I recommend them to any of my friends and my wife who is a real estate agent recommends them to any of her clients.

We had a great experience with T Town Fence. Frank and his team were very professional and friendly. Frank was incredibly responsive to phone calls and quick to give us a quote and get us on the schedule. Our fence and two gates were up in one day and they look fantastic. They even helped customize the fence plan on the day of the installation to have a laddered look in keeping with the slope of our yard. Frank was there at the start and end of the project. We would definitely use them again!
