The work estimate was to the point and covered everything plus options. The design help was excellent and pointed me to selections that I wouldn't have thought of for the kitchen remodel. All the work was done on time and well and the workers were courteous and kept the house clean during the work period.

Cosgrove & Sons redid my kitchen, and did an excellent job. The estimate was great because they gave me the basis of the cost estimates –e.g., so much per square foot for counter tops, etc.. (That way I would know when I was choosing something outside of the estimated price.) Lisa’s design help was terrific, especially when I was overwhelmed with all the choices. The work crew was very pleasant, on-time, worked hard, and cleaned up each day. The job was completed on schedule. I enjoyed working with them, and will enjoy my kitchen for years to come.

We had a very positive experience with Cosgrove & Sons--our kitchen had a major remodel with structural changes--Project came in on time (4.5 weeks) and at budget--only budget changes were changes we requested that cost more (additional cabinet upgrades etc). The team was very communicative, they came weekly to review the progress and the 2 contractor leads (Felipe and Zayapa) were awesome to work with. We had some feedback on the app they use to track progress which was a little difficult to follow at times as well as needing the flooring people to come back out for another coat of finish. Cosgrove

Cosgrove & Sons was contracted to construct an addition & remodel my residence in College Park but I am very disappointed:
• Cosgrove was not knowledgeable of parts of local Code & ignored some Permit requirements
• Cosgrove submitted drawings for permits without my approval; drawings had errors, inconsistencies, omissions, discrepancies, etc.
• Cosgrove never provided a project schedule. Contract called for 9-12 weeks project but it is more than 13 months & still not finished. Workers were frequently scheduled or pulled off the job without adequate notice & sometimes didn’t show up

We hired Cosgrove & Sons to handle a major renovation for us in the fall of 2015. They did a FANTASTIC job. We were very pleased with the quality of their work, which involved gutting the first floor of our old colonial, opening up walls and adding beams for structural support, building a brand new kitchen, adding a new powder room, and installing new windows, doors and wood flooring. We were also thrilled that they completed the project on time, in 10 weeks from start to finish.

Cosgrove and Sons recently completed a complete renovation of our master bathroom. We had been planning this renovation for a few years and had gotten bids and plans from two other contractors, but were never able to come up with a plan which reflected what we really wanted done. After working with Stephen Cosgrove, we designed an Asian influenced bathroom which was just what we had envisioned and hired Cosgrove and Sons for the renovation.

They did a fantastic job !!! It was for our master bathroom. They completely redesigned they jbathroom and gave us a clean, contempary updateed look. Lisa was a big help in choosing the fixtures and tiles. The quality of the work was excellent and we love showing it off to visitors. I would highly reccamend them to others.

Cosgrove was not aware that local Code required R49 insulation in ceilings for new construction. I had to find insulation product that met Code & contractor to install it. Some electrical & plumbing work was performed by general workers and not performed by licensed professionals.

Top-notch craftsmanship! Turned our unfinished maintenance area into wonderful office space! Built out two offices, file room, foyer, bathroom and kitchen. Attention to details, professional crown moulding, brought the materials to me for approval. They did all the work and made this very daunting construction project a breeze.

Cosgrove just completed a second major project at my home and I couldn't be more relieved.
