I called AJ and he informed me that he would be here in 90 minutes. He assessed the situation and replaced my lock in only a few minutes. The lock is more durable to the original. Pro Local came and changed our locks when we bought a new house. Koby was professional, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. He had everything he needed with him - even when one of our lock holes needed some extra work for a new lock to fit. We highly recommend Pro Local!

Terrible service. Overpromised then underperformed completely. Said it would be an easy job resulted in my door bolt having to be completely replaced due to his negligence. Then had the nerve to change the price when all he did was bust the deadbolt and tried to replace it but couldn’t. Over an hour waiting for him to arrive, over an hour of him trying to repair. Do NOT hire him. AVOID!!!!! You've been warned! These other reviews are most definitely lies! Completely ripped off.

Quickly (and I mean quickly) took care of my dead bolt problem, gave expertise advise over the phone, was professional, knowledgeable, offered a fair price and then waived the service fee in exchange for me to call my man AJ again. Will definitely take him up on that. Best service I’ve ever had.
