Russ came out and gave us a quote that was better than anyone else's! Him and his crew came in and took out three large tress at our house and made little to no impact on our yard. He also removed the stumps for us and told us how to use the grindings after they had had time to get the acids out of the wood. They were in and out in less than a day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Posting five-star reviews can be a slippery slope, but here we are! We consulted four different 'tree companies' for estimates. Honestly, it was a wild ride! First of all, the nickel and diming was astounding. I don't want to name the other companies, because they weren't involved in my own experience. #1 company came in over $4500 over, #2 came in $1600 over and #3 came in under $900. Tree removal/pruning is not a cheap endeavor, but when it's necessary, it's gotta be done. We decided to go with R&K Tree Service. Would give negative star if possible. Stay away, go to a more reputable company. Went with R&K because it was the lowest price and was sorely reminded you get what you pay for, in our case damaged property and having to clean up after the crew. Of course there were promises of fixing the damage, but no follow up even after several polite reminders. Not worth the aggravation. Will never use again or recommend this tree care service to anyone. Also, several missed schedule dates for when they would show up.

My wife and I had massive trees that surrounded the home we bought last year. These trees created a lot of anxiety because of the damage that we knew they could do, not only to our foundation, but from any upcoming storm. We have used R & K Tree Service, LLC service twice in the past 5 years. Once after a storm damaged a large maple tree and recently to remove a huge gumball tree with overgrown roots breaking up our driveway.

I need to tell everyone that R and K tree service did an amazing job. I will highly recommended them. They gave me the best price. They did amazing in cleaning up. I had a very big tree that they cut down, cleaned up, stump grounded in one day. Very polite and hard working. I will definitely use them again!!!!!

Loved every bit of my experience using this company for removing a tree limb. It was a big job and they went out of their way to accommodate me. We contracted with R & K to remove 17 pine trees, grind stumps & take away all debris. We were so pleased with everything they did and would highly recommend them for any tree work. They were so good even our neighbors spoke highly of their professionalism. They cleaned up their yards and kept them informed all along the way. They had two cranes and three crews and took all safety precautions. Amazing job. Call them for tree quotes!

Cannot be happier, job well done. I had a big poplar fell in the back of the house, hit the porch on a way down. Needed to get tree removed before start repairs. Call few tree service contractors, Russel was the only one who could clearly explain how he will do the job, when and what to expect. I am really happy for hiring these guys, they took care everything, paid attention to every detail (driveway, flower bad ...). Definitely will call them next time if needed, highly recommend. Well organized, hard working crew.
