I Bought a new trane heat and air unit from them we chose trane because it was supposed to be very good it had a five year parts and labor warranty started having trouble within six months of it being installed it breaks down every six months for the last five years every time they send out friendly service technician’s but have had to pay for all parts and labor we now have more money in repairs than we paid for the unit we’ve called trane and all they have said is that part isn’t under warranty after replacing about every part in the unit we have figured out that their warranty doesn’t

Take your business somewhere else This company is a rip off Bad CustomerCare. My vent broke in August and it's still not fixed . They came in to check then to install motor but they broke another part during installation . Now they want me to pay for the part they broke . Ok we came to agreement. They came to fix the second part but broke the motor again . Never heard back from them They took the full payment but my vent is still broken .
And no phone calls for updates . I have called this company since August atleast 15 times .They are not willing to give owners info so I can talk to her

They came out to service my RV fridge and told me it would take 4-5 days to get the part. Charged me a whopping $800+ for a control board which is almost the cost of the entire fridge. Called back the next week and was told it would take 10 days to get the part! The girl claimed she told me that in the beginning, which was not true. Now I suspect she forgot to order the part and I'll end up waiting for over two weeks for a repair! Unacceptable.
