Chem-dry Beaver Valley did a great job on our bedroom and hallway carpets. Not only did the owner reply quickly to our on-line request for an estimate, but she scheduled us within a few days. Lani and Doug were extremely thorough and the rugs look great. The price was exactly what was quoted, minus a $30 promotion! We will definitely call them next time we need them and recommend Chem-dry BV to family and friends.

Lani and Chem-Dry did an outstanding job. Excellent communication. Showed up on time and really cleaned my filthy carpets as well as two rugs. This is the second time we have used them. The technology that they used to clean my carpets is the Gold Standard. I thoroughly researched the best way to clean a carpet and Chem-Dry's method is clearly the best. We have been using Chem Dry for 15 + years. Doug and Lani have been wonderful to work with. They use the most up to date equipment and techniques and at a competitive price, the carpet remains clean for a very long time. They are very professional and friendly. Chem-Dry of Beaver Valley is a first rate small business. As owner operators of the business, you are always speaking with the person in charge. Their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work are second to none. A couple of years ago we chose them because they use safe, nontoxic, and hypoallergenic cleaning products. Once our entire home carpet was cleaned we were extremely satisfied. We never wear shoes in our house and do not have pets. We try our best to protect our flooring. That said, we saw a difference in our carpets cleanness and we seemed to have less allergies after the cleaning

Had ChemDry out to clean our carpets today and I am amazed. We paid several hundred dollars more to another company last year and the carpets looked the same. ChemDry has our carpets looking like new, and that’s hard to say considering they are a very light ivory color and very plush. You would never know we had kids or pets after they were finished cleaning. I honestly can’t wait to use them again! They are MIRACLE WORKERS!! And the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. What more could you ask for!

I made an appointment with Chem-Dry of Beaver Valley and took an afternoon of work off to be available. They showed up and decided that they wouldn't drive up my driveway. I've never had a contractor unable to do so, and all of our family members drive it daily in 2-wheel drive vehicles. They said, "Sorry, I can't." and left. Don't waste your time. Hire a real professional.

I've used Chem Dry many times and have been happy but not this time with this particular franchise. It's a husband and wife team and although the wife is friendly the husband not so much. Although I have 2 dogs, my house is spotless (cleaned, vacuumed every day) and my carpets are only a year old. They did their job and left but I remember saying to myself that the carpets seemed overly wet. They did not dry until 7 hours later and after drying there was a musty smell in the house.
