Built in 1850, this house was formerly a tinsmith shop. Even though it was practically unlivable, having been neglected for over forty years, it was extremely charming. Most of the house had to be re-built: we combined functionality and charm by mixing modern appliances, warm wood floors (wormy chestnut and Caribbean pine), honed marble countertops, butcher block cooking island top.
